Tap the profile icon on the home screen and choose Sign In with Google. You can also continue as a guest — your progress will be saved locally on your device. Note that guest progress cannot be transferred if you uninstall the app, so signing in with Google is recommended to back up your campaign progress and ratings.

Any legal move can optionally be played as a time-travel move. When you do, your piece disappears from the board and enters temporal transit — then reappears (materializes) at its destination after a set number of turns. First, check your internet connection. Then try these steps in order:

  1. Force-close ParadoxShift and reopen it.
  2. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network issue.
  3. Check the Play Store for any pending updates.
  4. Restart your device.

If the issue continues, please contact us with your device model and Android version so we can investigate.

Purchases occasionally take a moment to apply. Try tapping Restore Purchases found in Settings → Account within the app. This re-validates your Google Play entitlements and should unlock your content.

If that doesn't work, contact us with your Google Play order number (found in the Google Play app under Account → Order history) and we'll sort it out manually.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Check the Play Store for updates — we release fixes regularly.
  2. Clear the app cache: Android Settings → Apps → ParadoxShift → Storage → Clear Cache.
  3. Force-stop the app, then reopen it.
  4. Restart your device.

If it still crashes, please email us with your device model, Android version, and a description of what you were doing when it happened.

Tap the undo arrow in the game toolbar to take back your last move. Undo is available in campaign and local AI games. It is not available in ranked online matches or casual online games — once a move is played against an opponent it is final.
